POSITION: Training coordinator
- Minimum of Diploma in Facilities Management.
- Minimum of at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position & capacity.
- 3 years of service experience in providing health and safety services in a workplace of no less than sixty (60) employees.
- Qualified as First Aid Instructor.
- 2 years’ experience in providing training and safety information to a multilingual staff.
- Must have good leadership and communication skills.
- Have good working knowledge of cleaning Services and related matters.
- Should be well versed with Operating cleaning equipment’s and the use of cleaning chemicals.
- Should be proactive, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be well versed with all relevant statutory requirements and Health & Safety Regulations (H&S).
- Willing to do projects site visit to foresee the training requirement and to observe development of trained staffs.
